Let Going to the Chapel Wedding Musicians provide for all your musical needs from rehearsal to reception. James Weinberg has two music degrees from Belmont and over 20 years experience in the field of wedding music planning and performance. He is approved to play in Scarritt Bennett Center's Wightman Chapel (left), Benton Chapel on the Vanderbilt campus, as well as the Belmont Mansion.

He has also performed at many popular venues around middle Tennessee such as Riverwood Mansion, the Hermitage Hotel, Dyer Observatory, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, Two Rivers Mansion and Hillwood Country Club. James has played in dozens of local churches and currently serves as choirmaster & organist for Holy Cross Anglican Church in Franklin.

With his many contacts in Music City, James can subcontract a variety of instrumentalists or vocalists to meet your needs.

One of our specialties is Celtic weddings with featured artist Gregory Martin Cutcliff of the Nashville Pipes and Drums on Great Highland Bagpipes (seen below with James at Wightman Chapel). Flute and fiddle are other popular additions.

As your wedding music director, I will strive to provide the best in wedding repertoire, from traditional to a wide variety of popular tunes. My fellow players and I will add a relaxing touch to the prelude music as your guests gather. As your pianist, I can accompany singers, play your favorite love songs, movie themes and country hits. I also play from a repertoire of jazz standards, light rock and pop for receptions and can even bring my own portable keyboard if your site has no instrument.

Want a harpist or a singer? Let me do the work!
I can arrange ensembles that include strings, winds, brass, etc. As your keyboardist, I charge no management fees!  So sit back and relax, knowing your ceremony will be just as you've dreamed....   maybe even better!
